GLOSS IMPROVEMENT & ANTI-DUST A306
A306 is a professional versatile
gloss-improving, anti-dust and film-smoothing additive suitable for all kinds
of impregnated paper.
A306 is highly concentrated. Therefore, a dosage
of 0.1-0.3% is usually sufficient to impede blister formation during drying. It
reduces dust on the surface and contributes to a smooth film.
In addition, A306 drives the final products to a
higher gloss level.
4-IN-1 A158
A158 is a combi-formula impregnation additive that
features mold-releasing, anti-blocking, gloss improvement and anti-dust.
A158 provides superior release efficiency while
contributing to forming smooth surface films with excellent transparency and
gloss.
The 4-in-1 formulation significantly simplifies
impregnation operations and effectively reduces costs.
HIGH-GLOSS ANTI-BLOCKING AGENT A888-L
A888-L is a combi-formula that features anti-blocking, gloss improvement, anti-dust and film smoothing. It does not contain nonylphenol and alkylphenol.
A888-L can effectively prevent the migration of UF resin to the surface and the sheet sticking caused by the absorption of the ambient humidity. A888-L has good wettability and helps resin penetration.
A888-L exhibits gloss-improving, anti-dust and film-smoothing properties, making it particularly suitable where above-average gloss, transparency and color intensity are required.
MF MODIFIER A909-1
A909-1 is a modifier for improving resin properties and simultaneously giving the laminates finish high gloss.
The modified resin by A909-1 has a unique net with a stable molecular structure, giving it improved fluidity, enhanced curing reactivity, and longer pot life even at high room temperature.
A909-1 enables a satisfying gloss level and makes them resistant to hydrochloric acid, wear and scratch. It prevents cracks and reduces the breakage rate as the films show excellent flexibility.
MF MODIFIER A906
A906 is a modifier that improves resin properties, particularly suitable where above-average gloss, transparency and color intensity are required.
The modified resin by A906 has a unique net with a stable molecular structure, giving it longer pot life, improved fluidity, enhanced curing reactivity and better resistance to low temperatures in winter.
A906 drives the final products to a higher gloss level and makes them resistant to hydrochloric acid, wear and scratch. It reduces the breakage rate thanks to good film flexibility.
MULTIPURPOSE MF HARDENER A910-L
A910-L is a combi-formula hardener that also
gives impregnated paper an improved gloss. It represses the resin from
whitening and assures the transparency of the outer resin layer.
Due to its outstanding latency, A910-L finds applications
in impregnations with rigorous standards for resin pot life and final product
shelf life.
A910-L is an optimal choice for deep-texture
press plates.
