UNIVERSAL HARDENER A710

A710 is a universal hardener used for melamine-formaldehyde resins (hereinafter referred to as MF), urea-formaldehyde resins (UF) and melamine-and-urea-formaldehyde resins (MUF).

A710 features a low dosage without compromising its excellent balance between latency and reactivity.

MF&MUF HARDENER A1008

A1008 is a latent hardener with high reactivity for MF and MUF resins.

A1008 exhibits superior latency, which allows a longer pot life of the impregnation vat formulation and an excellent flow of resin. Meanwhile, its high reactivity provides an extra boost for curing under pressing conditions.

MF HARDENER A710-L

A710-L is an ideal MF resin hardener.

A710-L is distinguished by the ultimate latency even at elevated room temperature.

With A710-L, the water solubility and viscosity of MF resins will not decrease over time. Furthermore, it assures the transparency of the outer resin layer.

SUPERLATENT MF HARDENER A710-S

A710-S is a very latent hardener for MF resins.

Its enhanced latency satisfies a prolonged resin pot life. And its high reactivity ensures curing efficiency under pressing conditions.

The impregnation vat formulation using A710-S also extends the shelf life of impregnated paper.

MULTIPURPOSE MF HARDENER A910-L

A910-L is a combi-formula hardener that also gives impregnated paper an improved gloss. It represses the resin from whitening and assures the transparency of the outer resin layer.

Due to its outstanding latency, A910-L finds applications in impregnations with rigorous standards for resin pot life and final product shelf life.

A910-L is an optimal choice for deep-texture press plates.

UF HARDENER A0012-T

A0012-T is a latent hardener for UF and MUF resins.

Due to its superior latency and reactivity, A0012-T is a reliable choice when a longer resin flow and a shorter pressing cycle are simultaneously required.

A0012-T has a remarkable curing effect on UF resin, thus reducing quality problems, such as blocking, which is usually caused by the migration of UF resin to the paper surface, mixing with MF and absorbing moisture.

SUPERLATENT UF HARDENER A0012-L

A0012-L is a very latent hardener for UF and MUF resins.

A0012-L exhibits optimal latency, extending resin pot life to 8-12 hours at 30-40°C.

A0012-L keeps the resin transparent in the impregnation vat and prevents the appearance of white spots and heat marks. It also increases the shelf life of impregnated paper and makes storage and shipping easier.
